Bronze Design ships throughout Greece, the European Union, and selected international destinations, with secure packaging and trusted transportation partners.

1. Delivery within Greece

Shipments are made via:

  • freight transport companies (for larger items)

  • Ready products: 2–7 business days

  • Made-to-order products: based on production timeline

2. European Union Deliveries

Shipping available to all EU countries.

Estimated delivery time:
7–20 business days depending on destination.

Shipping cost depends on:

  • volume

  • country

3. International Deliveries

Available upon request & quotation.

4. Lead Time for Handmade Products

Many of our lighting fixtures are handcrafted to order.

10–60 days, depending on:

  • product volume & weight

  • number of items

  • delivery country

6. Secure Packaging

All lighting fixtures are packed with:

  • reinforced protection

  • double layered packaging

  • fragile handling instructions

For large shipments, we use:

  • wooden crates

  • pallet transport packaging

7. Pickup from Store

Customers may collect orders directly from our facility
upon arrangement.

8. Transport Damages

If damage occurs during transit:

Customers must notify within 48 hours
providing photographic evidence.

We will arrange:

  • replacement

  • repair
    or

  • refund

depending on the case.

9. Customs & Duties

For non-EU shipments:

customs fees, import duties & taxes
are the responsibility of the recipient.
